Winter smoking. Amberwood BBQ caters all year round. The smokers is fully insulated so that there is barely any difference between cooking in June and in January.

It's Cold Outside!

It's cold outside but we're still smoking. -23C = -11F

Pulled Pork Sandwich

Slow smoked for 12 hours using maple and hickory. The same recipe used to win 1st place.

`Pork Back Ribs

Big and meaty. The pre-cooked weight of each rack is approximately 2.25-2.5lbs.

Beef Ribs and Wings

Massive beef ribs with spicy smoked wings. If only there were regular dinner plates that were large enough to hold these ribs. Our spicy wings are smoked then grilled.

Asian Pork Tenderloin (Char Siu)

East meets south. Traditional Char Siu spices with the added smokey flavour.

Smoked Sausages

A great appetizer. We'll slice them up and offer an assortment of mustards.

Pulled Chicken Pita

A great option for those that do not eat red meat. In this picture, the Pulled Chicken is served as an appetizer with mango chutney and roasted red pepper.

ABTs

Our most popular appetizer. Deveined jalapeno peppers with cream cheese, smoked sausage then wrapped in bacon.

Whole Chicken

Slow smoked for over three hours. Served cut into pieces.
