We cook all year round. Here it is during a snowstorm and in extreme cold (-23.9C is -11F!)

Smoked Chicken (2lbs)
Pulled Pork Sandwich Pork shoulder is smoked for at least 12 hours before being shredded and sauced.
Pig Roast Easily roasted onsite in less than 5 hours!

Dry rubbed in our own spices. So tasty you may want to skip the BBQ Sauce!
Beef Back Ribs and Spicy Chicken Wings
With a rack of beef ribs, you'll look like Fred Flintstone.
Asian style Pork Tenderloin (Char Siu) East meets South!
Smoked sausages (Mild or Hot Italian, Honey Garlic)
Pulled Chicken (unsauced or sauced) 
Stuff them in a mini pita and you have a simple appetizer.
Smoked Turkey 
Instead of a traditional roast turkey dinner.
ABTs Jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese and smoked sausage then wrapped with bacon. A great appetizer that can be mild to hot!
