Welcome to Amberwood BBQ Catering, Championship Southern BBQ. We are a year-round BBQ Catering company that is fully insured and licenced by the City of Ottawa.

 

We have been serving the Ottawa area and beyond for over five years. From the shores of the Ottawa River to an ambassador's residence to Parilament Hill, we've served Ottawa Senators to Canadian Senators. Our mobile smoker has 5,000 square inches of cooking space and has catered for over 700 people. Our specialty is Southern BBQ where the meats are cooked low and slow using maple and hickory for that intense smokey flavour.

Our meats are cooked at 225-250F using maple and hickory woods. At this temperature, back ribs take 6 hours to cook, pulled pork takes 12 hours and brisket takes 14 hours.
